This month's theme to the subscription-based Ipsy bag is "Beauty Rocks!" and boy, does it rock this month! The cute, little nylon pouch is stuffed full of goodies this month, including something I was interested in :D Score for actually saving me money Ipsy!
Let's take a look inside now...
WOOOO! Here is what is in my bag from left to right:
- Kiss Looks So Natural Lashes in Flirty
- Urban Decay 24/7 Velvet Glide-on Eye Pencil in Black Velvet, travel size
- Benefit Lollitint Lip and Cheek Stain, sample size (candy orchid color)
- City Color White Gold Mousse Eyeshadow, full size (but it's small--sample size really)
- Cailyn Tinted Lip Balm in 14. Acid Pink, full size
Some initial thoughts on everything:
- The lashes look pretty and I seriously wish I had occasion to wear them.
- I had been wanting to try the UD Black Velvet pencil. Now I can without having to spend the money on a full size!
- Does this mean that UD will release more Velvet eyeliners if this one goes over well? Excite! I need a velvet green one in that case :)
- I am glad I got the tiny bottle of Lollitint. I wasn't going to dish out the bucks on a full sized one without trying it out, and I forget every time I am in Ulta. Benefit is really hit and miss with me.
- City Color need to expand their line in Rite Aid. They are cheap and I can't wait to try out the little pot of mousse eyeshadow.
- I can't wait to rock-out the Cailyn Lip Balm. Hopefully it is pigmented and actuallyworks like a balm.
- And umm...the packaging for the Cailyn Lip balm...it's huge and unweldy. I have similar packages, but they were smaller and used for eyeliner gel. BAD PACKAGE CAILYN! BOO!
Phew! Glad that is all out of the way! I can't wait to put it all on my face! I already have an awesome look planned out and I can't wait to share!
