Givenchy Le Rouge Lipstick in Magnolia Organza Review

I bough this for myself as apart of my birthday trip to Nashville...

I bought this...and no affiliate links either...

Givenchy Le Rouge Lipstick is a permanent line of 12 colors in the Givenchy makeup collection. It sells for $36 at Givenchy's website, Sephora, and other retailers. There are limited edition colors that come out seasonally like this amazing coral that are only available at the brand's site.

Givenchy's Le Rouge lipstick is a semi-matte color that is suppose to be intense in pigment, hydrating, and non-sticky. It comes in a unique circular leather case that is nice and heavy in the hand. It feels luxurious and worth the higher price tag, even if just for the packaging.

I bought color 301 Magnolia Organza from Sephora for myself. It is labeled as a bright, reddish pink and on my lips, it is only slightly muted from bright reddish pink. Keep in mind I have strong, natural berry tones to my lips.

This is one of the very precious few lipsticks I have ever found that lives up to the money spent and it's advertising claims. It is a hydrating formula on my lips that helps to smooth over small lines and makes my lips look better. The colors wears amazingly, never migrating all over my face, on my teeth; just slightly onto my straws and glasses when I drank. It wore for about six hours before I had managed to eat it off with a meal.

Even if you don't normally wear lipstick, this is the lipstick for you. I am saving up my pennies for more colors. I am coming for you, croisiere coral. And all the reds. And pinks. And all the colors. I will have you all.

TL;DR-- WIN. HOLY GRAIL LIPSTICK FORMULA.
